The Regional Seed Fund and the Technology Fund will provide funding to startups in various stages of development, while the Multi-Fund will focus on investing in the formation of new venture funds.

Regional Seed Fund

The goal of the Regional Seed Fund is to establish an investment model that is widely dispersed throughout Tennessee, covering all 95 counties. With a total of $28 million allocated to it, the fund is expected to support approximately 120 investments. Funding for Pre-Seed and Seed stages will range from $25,000 to $250,000 per check. This $30 million fund will provide support for approximately 20 Seed and Series A or B investments. Multi-Fund

The Multi-Fund is designed to serve as a cornerstone for investments that will drive the creation of new venture funds based in Tennessee. With a total of $12 million allocated to it, this fund aims to make commitments to 406 limited partners. The target commitment size for limited partners ranges from $1 million to $3 million.
